What it brings to the back bar.
ZANIN 1895 Limoncello has a bright, intense yellow appearance and a strong citrus aroma, led by fresh, vibrant notes of lemon peel. The recipe uses lemon peel and pulp, enriched with essential oil from Sicilian lemons, giving the liqueur a clear fruit identity rather than a generic sweet citrus profile.
The taste is characteristic of lemon peel, balanced between sweetness and alcoholic intensity. It is smooth, pleasant and refreshing, with sweetness that balances the lemon acidity and a long-lasting sweet citrus note on the finish.
The wider Zanin 1895 liqueur approach starts with top-quality botanicals infused for several weeks in water and cereal-based ethyl alcohol at 70% ABV. After infusion, alcohol, sugar and water are added, the liqueur rests, then it is filtered and bottled under quality control.
