ZANIN 1895 Amaretto has an intense brown colour with bright highlights. Its aroma is led by dominant bitter almond notes, supported by hints of vanilla and sweet spices from almond and vanilla extracts.
On the palate it is sweet, with a balance between bitter and sugary notes. Caramel, vanilla and dried fruit add depth, while the aftertaste leaves an aromatic sweetness with a warm, enveloping sensation.
The Zanin 1895 liqueur process draws on recipes developed since the late nineteenth century. Botanicals and flavouring ingredients are infused slowly, then balanced with alcohol, sugar and water before resting, filtration and bottling.

Ingredients
- 45 ml ZANIN 1895 Amaretto
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 5 drops Stillabunt Magic Velvet
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice and serve.
